Article 1: object
The main purpose of this site is to provide information on the PRIPLAK ranges and in particular to provide a sampling service for polypropylene sheets.
These terms and conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") are intended to define the terms and conditions under which, on the one hand, the Publisher makes available to its Users the Site and the Services and on the other hand, the manner in which the User accesses the Site and uses his Services.
Any connection to the Site is subject to compliance with these Terms.
The mere access to the Site implies for the User the acceptance of all the Conditions described below.

"The Host" means Online SAS, a French company registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B433 115 904, and whose registered office is at BP 438 75366 Paris Cedex 8 - France.
"The Publisher" means Priplak SAS, a French company registered with the Compiègne Register of Commerce and Companies under number 316 709 500, and whose head office is located at Parc d’Activités Industrielles, avenue de l'Europe, 60530 Neuilly-en-Thelle - France.
"The Site" means www.store.priplak.com
"Services" means the services available on the Site.
"User" means any person using the Site or any of the services offered on the Site.
"Member" means a User identified on the Site.
"Identifier" means the information necess
ary to identify a User on the Site to access the areas reserved for Members.
"Password" means confidential information which, when used together with the Identifier, allows the User to prove his identity.
Article 3 - Access to the Site
The Website is accessible free of charge to any User who has access to the Internet.
All costs related to access to the Site, whether material costs, software or Internet access are exclusively the responsibility of the User. He is solely responsible for the proper functioning of his computer equipment as well as his access to the Internet.

The Publisher is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from the use of any other site or external Internet source linked to the Site.
Article 7 - Modification of Conditions
The Publisher reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the present Conditions in order to adapt them to the evolutions of the Site and / or its exploitation. The Publisher will make every effort to inform Users of these changes through a special message on the Site.
Article 8 - Applicable law
The Site and the Conditions are governed by French law regardless of the place of use. In case of any dispute, and after the failure of any attempt to find an amicable solution, the French courts will be competent to hear this dispute.
Article 9 - Data security
a.The Site:
The Publisher undertakes to put in place appropriate measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of Users' personal data, and to prevent them from being distorted, damaged, destroyed or accessible by unauthorized third parties.
The personal data provided by the Users are stored on secure servers (protection by username and password and firewall), especially on the Host server located in France (Online SA identified above). The latter does not have access to the elements and has obtained an ISO 27001 certification (information security management systems).
However, the transfer of personal data on the Internet presents intrinsic risks that the Publisher cannot totally prevent with regard to the security of the data thus sent. The Editor therefore warns Users about the potential risks involved in the operation and use of the Site and to take the necessary measures of protection in the management of their navigation (including using up-to-date hardware and software, anti -virus up to date, confidentiality measures protecting the identifiers and password, etc.).
b.Sites and external internet sources linked to the Site (Hyperlinks):
The management and security of the personal data provided by Users on any site or external internet source linked to the Site, are under the sole responsibility of the publishers of these sites or external source.
